The launching ceremony of quotations collection titled ‘What Life Says’ of researcher and intellectual Prof. Shahid Hussain Mir held here on Wednesday.
The event was held at Greenhills Science College Muzaffarabad and was addressed by Dr. Adeeb, Prof. Dr. Karim, Prof. Shahid Hussain Mir, Prof. Rabia Hassan, Kiran Abbas Kiran, and others.
Eminent educationist Mr. Dr. Abdul Kareem appreciated the efforts of the author and said that this book is a wonderful work of collective wisdom which philosophically shows the importance of universal themes like knowledge, hope, peace, speech, and shortcuts. Appreciating the author’s hard work, the writer and Professor Rabia Hassan said that this is the first wisdom book published in the English language in the region and it will be an inspiration to our youth.
Writer Kiran Abbas also appreciated the author’s insightful and creative style of writing and praised the way he chose words and arranged quotes.
MD Greenhills Science College, Dr. Muhammad Adeeb Khan said that this is one of the best books for our young generations to acquire wisdom and knowledge.
Addressing on the occasion other speakers also highlighted the significance of the literature and its role in the development of the society.
