If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. However, we reserve the right to refuse a return if it is intended because you did not enjoy the book. This refund will cover the purchase price of the items but not any shipping costs incurred by you in returning the products to us.
If we send you the wrong books, we will arrange for a free replacement or refund. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped because you no longer require the books, you must return them to us at your own expense. When the goods are returned in good condition, we will refund you for the goods and any postage you paid on your original order only. At all times, prior authorization to return damaged or incorrect goods must be obtained.
