It wasn’t planned, it wasn’t fate I knew,

Just one glance;and the world felt new.

A thousand moments passed me by,

But yours lit up my silent sky.

Eyes met, and time forgot to move,

No words were said, yet all was proved.

A stranger still, yet known so deep,

You woke a dream I dared not keep.

My heart, once calm, began to race,

As if it knew your name, your face.

No questions asked, no reason why,

Just love, unspoken, soaring high.

No poems penned, no roses red,

But endless verses in my head.

From that first sight, I understood,

Some hearts just find what others should.

So here I stand, without a clue,

But sure that something sparked in you.

Perhaps just once, and maybe right,

We both believed in love at sight.
